This notice explains what data is processed when you use AstraRox, why it is processed and which choices you have.

Calculations and birth data
Your name, birth date, time, place and coordinates are processed in your browser. They are not sent to a calculation service or saved in an AstraRox database.
Place search uses a GeoNames index. Your browser downloads an alphabetical part of it and searches locally, so the full text you type is not sent to a geocoding service. If you choose “Remember data”, those details remain on your device until you turn the option off or clear site data.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers the pages and may process the IP address, HTTP headers, date and time, requested page and technical data needed for security, abuse prevention and network operation. This is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
Contact form
When you submit the form, your name, email, reason and message are sent to Web3Forms and to the controller’s mailbox so the request can be answered. Do not include sensitive information unless necessary. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and related obligations.
Advertising and consent
AstraRox is funded by advertising. The site requests consent in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom, Gibraltar and Switzerland. In other countries, ads may load without an initial choice; a recorded refusal is still respected. The site remains available if you refuse.
When ads load, the partners shown in the preferences panel may process online identifiers, IP address, device and browser data, the page visited and ad interactions for the advertising purposes described in their privacy notices. Partners and purposes are listed under “Advertising preferences”; consult the partners’ privacy notices for further processing details and retention periods. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the footer.
Recipients and transfers
Technical providers process data according to their roles and agreements. Some providers or advertising partners may operate outside the European Economic Area; the applicable safeguards are described in their notices and in the consent panel.
Your rights
You can contact us to find out which of your data we process, have it corrected or deleted and, where applicable, restrict its use, object to processing or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal applies to future processing. You can also complain to the competent data protection authority. Use the contact above to exercise these rights.
